Refund Policy
Welcome to Okacc Hybrid Batteries, where we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality hybrid car batteries. We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We offer a 7-day refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. However, this return policy does not apply to special offers and gifts.
We ask that you meet a few simple conditions to be eligible for a refund. First, the battery must be returned in its original packaging and new, unused condition. Second, the battery must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way. Finally, the battery must be returned within seven days of the original purchase date, along with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
We understand that returning a battery can be a hassle. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance to ensure the battery is not lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the battery, our technicians will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, which may take up to 5 business days. We will refund the original payment method within seven business days if the battery meets the criteria.
If the battery does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you and return the battery at your expense. We may also charge a restocking fee for the inspection and necessary repairs. However, we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase and our top-notch customer service.
In addition to our refund policy, all of our hybrid car batteries come with a warranty covering defects in materials and artistry for a specified period. The warranty period and coverage may vary depending on the battery model and other factors, but we are always here to help if you have any questions or concerns. If you believe your battery is defective and want to make a warranty claim, please get in touch with us at support@okacc.com for further instructions.
We strive to make our refund policy and warranty as clear and straightforward as possible, but we understand there may be some exceptions. We cannot offer a refund for batteries installed, used, or damaged in any way or for batteries returned after the 7-day refund period. Batteries that are returned without their original packaging or in used condition or batteries that have been modified or altered in any way are also ineligible for a refund.
